New dance space open for rentals in Springfield, MA at Pole in the Wall’s new “Down the Hall” studio at 95 Mill Street in Springfield, MA

Rent the studio by the hour for private practice, dance troupe/company practice, or dance showcases.

For company or private practice, you’ll get full use of the space and all the amenities with scenic view and natural sunlight out the window facing the Mill River. We have yoga mats, blocks, portable ballet barre, stretch bands, mirrors, stereo, and internet. A shared bathroom is located outside of the studio, and a rear exit leads to a private sidewalk view of the river.

For showcase venue rentals, your dancers and team will have:
• Backstage space with dance floor, yoga mats, blocks, straps, mirrors, and private bathroom to get ready
• Stage space is 12’ deep x 18’ wide
• Lights & Sound
• Audience can seat up to 45 people
• Safe parking for everyone in our lot
