ADULT CONTEMPORARY MODERN DANCE CLASSES – Intermediate/Advanced

Class offers a thorough warmup followed by spacious, vigorous phrases. The movement is inspired by an array of influences–primarily by release and Limon. We focus on the joys of dancing and participating in a movement community, and cultivating individual artistry.  Previous dance experience strongly recommended.
